Rebecca Morin Yzaguirre Sirkel is a Pilates and Feet-ness Instructor with over 20 years of experience. She’s also a Plant-Based Nutrition expert certified with eCornell since 2014. She took her lifelong love of movement and created a career in fitness after earning her degree in Exercise Science at Arizona State University.
Rebecca became a full-time Personal Trainer and found success competing in figure competitions. Despite her strength, she woke up with lower back pain each day. She found Pilates was able to ease tension and release her pain in one session. The focus on the pelvis and core connection throughout Pilates was the missing piece from her workouts.
Pilates became her passion, and after teaching fitness for 17 years, she added a Feet-ness certification in 2000. Feet-ness is a sustainable and whole-body approach that takes fitness to a higher level. This method is a complementary addition to any workout as it addresses foot and toe imbalances in a user-friendly way.
Rebecca loves to teach athletes and individuals that want to use Pilates and Feet-ness to enhance their sport. She also specializes in postural alignment and correcting muscular imbalances. She teaches these modalities as a way of life to help to give you a strong foundation and core to help you move through your life with ease and grace.
Rebecca earned her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates training through Power Pilates 2006. She became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates in 2012, and the company promoted her to Regional Director in 2017.
Rebecca believes that you must make your physical fitness and nutrition a top priority to live your happiest life. She considers a whole-food, plant-based diet the secret ingredient to vitality and slowing down the aging process. She obtained certification with eCornell in Plant-Based Nutrition.
