One on one session tailored to meet your individual needs. Rebecca will create a workout with one or more pieces of equipment dependent on your goals and specific areas that need addressing
2-3 people in a session. Bring in your friends/family or ask the Teacher to pair you up with someone with similar goals and needs
3-5 people in a group. These fun and energetic classes utilize work on the reformer, tower, chair and other apparatus. The focus is on flow as well as precision of movement. Participation in group classes will challenge you and help to fine tune your pilates practice. Private sessions are a pre-requisite.
