3-10 people in an online class via Zoom. Join in a class from home and set up the ambiance you would prefer. No worrying about who gets the fan or if you like our essential oils.
1. You sign up for private, semi-private, or group classes. Rebecca will guide you to break old habits and start learning how to move with optimal function to balance your body. The combination of Pilates and Feet-ness will restore the natural curves of your spine and help restore proper foot mechanics.
2. You learn the Classical Pilates technique to teach you to connect to your body in a new way.
3. You will take your new knowledge of your body and how it works to your other physical activities to help you stay strong, flexible, and injury-free. Once you have realigned your body and awakened dormant muscles, you will see why so many love Pilates with Rebecca.
