What do I need? You will need a Pilates mat or one that is 10 mm thick is preferable.
Do I need props? Props will help to connect you deeper to the work and I would recommend investing in these basics. See my recommendations below or use your imagination to find things around the house.
How do I register for a session? Schedule here at least 24 hours before your session. I will send you a link to the zoom meeting. Please log in 15 minutes ahead of time, so you have time to check your video angle, sound, etc.
